Sharing at Slideshare
I
take the example of my employer: The Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra.
For example Sitra had an internal websites reform in 2014. Internal pages were carried out in a SharePoint environment. The intention was to make a social intranet, which is more than just an internal website.
Objectives and findings was distributed via Slideshare. The idea is that any public organization can learn from Sitra.

How organisations use YouTube
Again I want to bring up Sitra's message.
Sitra
has always had a problem with the fact that few people are familiar
with Sitra or know what Sitra is doing.
Sitra
is a future-oriented organisation that promotes Finland's
competitiveness and the well-being of the Finnish people, so all it's
projects are large and complex because objective is to achieve a
social transformation.
Sitra's
achievements aren't easy to explain and the ordinary citizen
communication is challenging.
Here's one recent video, which seeks to
explain what Sitra wants to achieve: https://youtu.be/Y5Pb8r1n7-A
All
kind of different
games and competitions are a convenient way to involve people and get
them to follow your company's Instagram
account.
One
example: SceneTurku at Instagram and “Attend
Scene photo contest and win € 200!”:
http://www.sceneturku.fi/leffakuvakisa
The idea is to get people to share their videos and pictures with their own versions of a known movies and publish it at their own Instagram account.
“Follow Scene account (sceneturku) and post with @sceneturku and #leffakuvakisa and you can win € 200 summer money! The winning picture will be published on Scene channels and the winner will be notified via Instagram.”
Same time Scene Turku communication get photos they can use at Scene Turku channels.
